A Message to our Community During the COVID-19 Crisis

March 20, 2020

Updated 3/20/20

Hello from the Sleight Farm team! We’re thinking of everyone in our community at this challenging time, and hope you are well.

As we monitor the evolving news and health recommendations surrounding the COVID-19 crisis, we would like to share details on how we’re keeping our visitors, employees, and building partners safe. Nothing is more important to us these days! Please note that if recommendations change, we will update our response accordingly.

Currently, visits to our Sales Center are by appointment only; please call (845) 205-7970 to schedule. Based on guidelines from the CDC and the government, we are taking strict precautions at the Sales Center, including but not limited to: washing our hands constantly, frequently cleaning and disinfecting all doorknobs and flat surfaces, and not initiating handshakes.

In addition, our visits are arranged so you can maintain a safe social distance and don’t even have to step into our Sales Center. Our team members will come out and greet you from a distance, and you can follow us in your car to a home site.

We also want to emphasize that visiting Sleight Farm involves no obligation to purchase a home. We offer our visits as a way to get outside, enjoy a change of scenery, and take in the spectacular view – all while staying “self-isolated.”

We do respectfully request that if you’re not feeling well, please postpone a planned in-person visit or arrange a phone meeting. If you’re more comfortable staying at home, we look forward to connecting with you virtually via phone, text, or video chat.

However we interact with you during this time, we will be providing the same level of open, positive, and personalized communication and service we are known for.

Within our team, we are communicating with one another, as well as our building partners, to make sure everyone is following necessary protocols to stay healthy and practice social distancing.

From all of us at Sleight Farm, we wish you and your families the best as we weather this crisis together.
