If you didn’t already love outdoor restaurant dining, COVID-19 safety guidelines and warmer weather have helped make it the go-to way to enjoy a meal away from home. Throw in the Hudson Valley’s local bounty and wide variety of settings, and the possibilities are too numerous to list. Here are just a handful of our favorite Dutchess County places to eat outside:
